Our Townsville is back at Anderson Gardens on Sunday 15 June 2025 – and it’s set to be bigger and better than ever!

Celebrating the vibrant and adventurous lifestyle of North Queensland, this year’s theme is – outdoor living. Our Townsville creates a unique experience, highlighting our regions natural beauty, community spirit and love for the outdoors.

The event will feature information stalls, workshops, interactive spaces, outdoor activities, live entertainment, kids activities, storytelling, and more!

DockDogs

We’re thrilled to bring back DockDogs by popular demand! This dynamic dog sport, hosted by Farmer Dave, will run over two days, offering thrilling, family-friendly entertainment.

DockDogs times:

• Saturday 14 June – 9:30am to 4pm
• Sunday 15 June – 9am to 4pm

• Backyard BBQ Battle – Where grillers showcase their sizzling skills.
• Cooking with Rhiannon Anderson – Join the former MasterChef finalist and proud Townsvillian for live cooking demos.
• Event Ambassador Scott Hillier – The Creek to Coast fishing and outdoor enthusiast will guide us through the event.
• Global Rhythms Stage – A showcase of multicultural performances, highlighting the rich diversity within our community and celebrating the range of cultures that call Townsville home.
• Lawn Fest – Learn how to grow and maintain healthy lawns in the dry tropics with interactive displays, live demos, and free soil testing. Discover best-practice lawn care techniques to improve soil health and reduce water use.
• Pet Mardi Gras – Dress your pet up in their cutest outfit! There are great prizes to be won for your best dressed pet. All you need to do is be at the Assembly Point in the Pet Arena with your pet at 11:45am for a 12noon start. Pre-registration is not required.
