Young Indigenous Printmakers - Northern Beaches State High School and Kirwan State High School students

The Young Indigenous Printmakers program provides local First Nations high school students the chance to develop skills and to further connect with their Culture. The students carve and print lino in workshops with established artists, at their schools and in The Studio at Umbrella.

This semester, students from Northern Beaches State High School and Kirwan State High School were mentored by Ricky Emmerton and Margaret Robertson.

This collaborative outreach project is a partnership with Townsville City Galleries.
