Walk-In Tech

Townsville Citylibraries is proud to offer our new program, Walk-In Tech.

Walk-In Tech is a free, welcoming, walk‑in digital literacy program delivered by Citylibraries Townsville providing personalised support for the community. Walk-In Tech replaces the older One to One session by offering Walk-In 15-minute sessions to help members of the community overcome digital barriers, assist with technology queries and build confidence in an ever-growing digital landscape. FREE and no bookings required!

Sessions will be held every Monday at Citylibraries Aitkenvale from 12.30-2pm during state school term.

Attendees must bring the device they require assistance with.

**One library user per staff member. Strictly 15 minutes per customer query. No back-to-back queries unless permitted by on-site staff. No bookings required. Customers will be seen in order of arrival.
