Overview
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise for the body and mind suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
With ongoing classes and continued practice, participants should develop better balance, improved blood circulation, some relief from joint pain and feel a reduction in stress levels as well as notice an improvement in concentration and focus.
Overall, Tai Chi aims to achieve an improvement in health and wellbeing.
