Overview
Find your path to strength, vitality and longevity with the Seniors Health and Wellbeing Program.
This free 11-week program is designed for 55+ year-olds wanting to get back into regular exercise or kick-start their fitness journey.
All classes are hosted by SportsMed NQ and focus on education and techniques supervised by Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists.
Classes are circuit styled and are tailors to accommodate various fitness levels, to improve global strength body composition and aerobic fitness.
