Overview
"Qigong in Chinese are two words 'Qi' meaning 'Energy/lifeforce' and 'Gong' meaning 'cultivate', so the translation can be said 'cultivation of life force'.
In traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) QiGong is considered as one of the pillars of health, it draws many of the principles form Daoism and Buddhism and it remains as the primary means of moving and exercising the body, regulating the breath and calming the mind and/or heart on the path to spiritual awakening."

WHAT TO EXPECT?
Qigong can help relieve stress, balance your mind body spirit. expect to walk out nice and relaxed after a session.
This is contemporary qigong so NO experience required, all the exercises are easy to do and follow.
The centre is air-conditioned.
This is an intimate, small group.
What to bring?
Always bring an intention for practice, this will allow you to get the most out of the session. There is filtered water in the centre but you can always bring some, a towel, and wear comfortable clothing.
