Groove Lab is an open dance workshop for all ages and all bodies—no experience needed. Rooted in street and club dance culture, we’ll explore the bounce, the rock, and the groove as core elements of movement. Expect a mix of genres, good energy, and space to play.
Whether you're a dancer or just curious to move, come feel the music, unlock your rhythm, and discover how grooves shape how we move and express.
