Overview
The Darkcide Emporium Alternative Market is a lot different to regular markets in that it caters for people who like things a little less ordinary!
There are 30-plus stalls selling all kinds of weird & wonderful goodies (currently all indoors!!):
- Gothic home decor
- new, second-hand & vintage clothing
- jewellery
- cute & creepy plush toys
- Gothic wedding flowers
- crystals
- music
- books & so much more!
There are stalls selling a selection of "Witchy" items & spell kits etc, local artists & authors. We have a Tarot reader or psychic each month, a local photographer taking portraits or wandering around capturing the day, and very often have a stall supporting a local charity.
The bar is open & yummy food is available - it's free entry & open to all ages! It is also a safe, all-inclusive space.
** It is quieter between 2 - 4pm If you struggle with crowds **

Notes:
The venue is pretty much wheelchair accessible. There is a single step into the venue or alternative floor-level access via the fire door into the Warehouse section & via a ramp from the beer garden to the pub section. Please ask staff on arrival if you need assistance.
If you aren't good with crowds, I recommend coming between 2 - 4pm as it gets quieter then.
