This new Australian gothic physical work sees a stellar cast (including Iota, Debra Batton) bring us four very different small-town outsiders. Smoked out and forced to congregate at the edge of town, each having relinquished their home, and life as they know it, to the raging fire that now encircles them. A beaten-up old cattle truck becomes their only way out – if they can get it going. A show rich with choreography and extreme physicality, these four lives are all thrust together as fragments in time play out, is it memory or fantasy? Audiences are plunged into this desperate yet sometimes uproarious world. Eden is on fire and it is one hell of a ride.
